Ginger molasses cookies, fresh out of the oven. I even got to use my Kitchen Aid stand mixer to make these babies. I used a recipe I found on this blog. If you make these, be warned. You will NOT be able to eat just one.

What an beautiful photo of cookies, too! My husband loves Ginger cookies, and he's running the NYC marathon on Sunday. I think I will make these for him as a surprise and pack a few with me. He flew out yesterday and I go tomorrow. (We live in Chicago.) Perfect timing! Thank you!
